The Process

Initial Survey

Firstly we go through what your project is, designs and any specifics that need to be included. If you've got any inspiration photos, that's also great as it helps to get an idea of what your aiming for. We'll take some measurements, photos (if you're okay with that) and make notes of what is important.

Drawing/Estimate

we'll send you over the drawings of your project either via email or messenger, plus a short video explaining it if needed and your quote. We try to give you as much information as we can so that you have a good idea of we are intending to do and that we have understood your requirements. None of this is set in stone and can be changed. Ideally this gives a good benchmark to work from and gives you some ideas to work from.

Confirmation

If and when you decide to go through with everything and you're happy. We'll pop round, double check everything with you, make sure the measurements right and what is designed will work for you (colours, materials, etc). Finally check and book you for when it'll start and confirm the price. You may have added on extras during the design process or removed items. We are open and transparent during the designing, price everything is agreed, you'll know your final quote.

Making/Fitting

We'll keep you updated as everything gets ordered and once items have arrived. This way it keeps you updated on the progress as your project, for example a fitted wardrobe, is getting made. On the day we'll turn up with your items, go through it all with you and start to get it put together and fitted. Once finished, ask you to check it all over and it sign it off as complete. If any snags happen afterwards, let us know and we'll get it sorted. we go through this at an earlier stage anyway. All being well, we leave you all thrilled and happy!
